70's Planter Lamp Combo

This is a combination planter and lamp made by Metrology in San Diego Ca. It was originally a "touch" lamp which turns on and off by touching the lamp although that mechanism is no longer working but the lamp lights up when plugged in. May be rewired to include an on/off switch. Bottom area is set up as a planter which is able to hold potting soil and retain water.
