Rare American of Martinsville Headboard

Vintage American of Martinsville headboard with attached nightstands. This piece is a perfect mix of functionality and style. Features a lacquered shelf surface and two bottom shelves below single pull out drawers on each side. Beautiful attention to detail with brass caps at the bottom of each leg.

This piece was made to fit a FULL / DOUBLE sized bed, but one could squeeze in a queen sized mattress between the nightstands if desired.

This piece shows age appropriate war, some worn off lacquer and paint (actual paint not finish "see right side bottom shelf, the edge is painted brown and that is original to the piece"). Does not come with railings.
